Great location, comfy rooms, and friendly staff made our Easter weekend stay an enjoyable experience. The hotel is situated in a prime spot, within walking distance to the local attractions, and easy access to transportation. The rooms were well-maintained, modern, and spacious, providing us with a cozy home away from home feel. the staff was cordial and always ready to assist with any inquiries that we had.

There were some minor communication problems as the receptionists had difficulty speaking English. Although it was not a big deal, it made some tasks, such as checking out, a bit challenging.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a ferry terminal. the room and bathroom are adequate. the service is acceptable, and the staff is accommodating to requests regarding check, in and check, out times. the breakfast is average but edible, with options suitable for Western and Asian palates.
